1. Campaign Refunds

If a creator fails to deliver approved content within the campaign timeline, brands may request a full refund through our escrow system.

Subscription fees are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no premium features have been used.

Profile unlock fees (₹99/profile) are non-refundable once the profile data has been accessed.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
