1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Infulnex, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Brands: Create campaigns, discover and hire influencers, manage deliverables
Creators/KOLs: Showcase profiles, apply to campaigns, deliver content
Media Houses: Manage creator rosters, negotiate deals on behalf of creators

Infulnex charges a 10% platform fee on all campaign transactions between brands and creators.

All sponsored content must include proper ASCI disclosure. Non-compliance may result in campaign suspension.

Payments are processed through secure escrow. Funds are released upon deliverable approval by the brand.

Verified badges are granted after platform review. Misrepresentation of verification status is grounds for account termination.

Content created for campaigns remains the creator's intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in the campaign agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
